A general description of the equipment, personnel and work sequence being used in the sinking of a circular, concrete lined, 14 foot diameter shaft which at present is at a depth of 2,484 feet. Equipping, lining and sinking of the shaft is being carried out concurrently and waste is removed using a mechanical mucker.
