Possible Role of Workshops in Geochemical Prospecting Research in Glacial Terrain
JOHN A . C. FORTESCUE, Associate Professor, Department of Geological Sciences, Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario
There is a need for better communication between scientists who plan and carry out mineral exploration research in glacial terrain and the exploration geologists who look for mines. In this paper, four ways in which workshops could be used to close t his communication gap are described and discussed in relation to the solution of this problem in Canada.
