IT IS an indication of changing times that you should ask m: to speak on a post-war subject. It is more refreshing to look farther afield than at the immediate problems into which we have been digging so intensely to maintain the flow of critical minerals for immediate war demands. Anything that one can say about post-war outlook of necessity must involve a considerable amount of crystal-gazing.
