Industrial Engineering at the Jeffrey Mine

CIM Bulletin, 1963

J.M. FLETCHER

The responsibility and scope of the Industrial Engineering Department, as organized at the Jeffrey mine, has been broadened to include any study, project or report that could result in more effective use of men, materials and equipment. Although still emphasizing wage incentives and cost reduction, much more varied work is now done, consistent with the in. creased complexity of industry.
