A. N. Deland Dept. of Geology, Sir George Williams University, Montreal, Que.
This paper describes t he various earth science exhibits proposed for the 1967 World's Fair in Montreal.
The planning for these exhibits is outlined, and the purpose of each display is explained. The point is made that these displays should be oriented toward informing the visitor, particularly the younger visitor or potential student, of the many interesting facets connected with earth science subjects. Finally, it is suggested that, using the World's Fair exhibits as a starting point, a permanent building be constructed for the display and advancement of the earth sciences
