It is difficult to know how much environmental information is absorbed by those in a position to put it to use. The following information may seem like "old stuff" to those whose companies are taking steps to improve their environmental performance. This paper is directed in particular to those people who are interested in determining what further changes are required to make improvements as concerned environment citizens.
